Just steps from the beach and a five-minute walk from the village, the home offers the perfect setting to slow down, recharge, and settle into the relaxed rhythm of Fire Island. Accommodating up to 10 guests, its bright, beachy interiors and generous gathering spaces make it ideal for families and friends. A wagon, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach essentials are provided, making days by the ocean as easy as they should be.
Outside, a completely private pool deck creates a resort-like setting for long summer days. The 28' x 14' pool is surrounded by loungers, while a separate hot tub offers another place to unwind. An outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill makes alfresco meals effortless, and the outdoor living area with a TV is perfect for gathering after the sun goes down. A cabana bathroom and outdoor shower add convenience between the beach and pool, while an additional deck on the south side of the home provides even more outdoor space.
Inside, the spacious great room welcomes guests with soaring vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. Glass sliders on both sides of the room create seamless indoor-outdoor living, opening to the south-facing deck on one side and directly onto the pool deck on the other. The great room flows into the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample storage, a peninsula with seating, as well as a dining table. A separate laundry room is tucked just beyond the kitchen, while an open staircase leads to the second floor.
Five comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space to unwind. Three are located on the first floor, including a twin bedroom, a bunk room, and a bedroom with a queen bed, along with a bright, beachy full hallway bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom sits near an additional full bathroom. The primary suite is a private escape of its own, featuring a king-size bed, beautiful en-suite bathroom, private balcony, and its own outdoor shower. Fresh linens and everyday essentials make settling in simple from the moment guests arrive.
With the ocean just steps away and Ocean Beach's restaurants, shops, and village attractions within an easy walk, this home puts the best of Fire Island at guests' fingertips. Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
Security Deposit Disclaimer: A refundable cash security deposit of $3,000 is required for this property. Information with respect to the payment and administration of the security deposit is governed by a separate Security Deposit Agreement between owner and guest, that shall be signed by both parties prior to check-in.
